Stage 1

Infusing Soul - Design & Rigorous Material Selection

Step 1.1: Creative & Engineering Design

Process: Our designers translate market trends, client concepts, or original inspiration into renderings. Then, our engineering team uses CAD/CAM software for in-depth structural engineering, generating component drawings accurate to the millimeter, hardware hole maps, and a Bill of Materials (BOM).

Value to You: Ensures the product achieves a perfect balance of aesthetics, ergonomics, structural strength, and mass production feasibility, providing "precise digital DNA" for all subsequent processes.

Step 1.2: Global Material Sourcing

We source top-tier raw materials globally for different product lines

page-371-279

Cabinet Frame

Uses FSC-certified solid wood (e.g., oak, walnut) or multi-layer solid wood boards with E0/E1 environmental standards, ensuring stability and eco-friendliness.

Door & Side Panels

Options include solid wood, high-quality waterproof MDF, or aluminum-framed glass, all with strict moisture content control.

Countertop

Selected from high-quality, large-format sintered stone/quartz slabs with natural veining, high Mohs hardness, and strong stain resistance.

Hardware

Uses well-known brand or custom-molded 304 stainless steel soft-close hinges and slides, guaranteeing over 100,000 open-close cycles.

Stage 2

Artisan Carving - Precision Machining of Core Components

page-2066-514
Step 2.1: Intelligent Board Cutting

Process: Uses CNC panel saws to cut boards with high precision based on optimized layouts, maximizing material yield with smooth, chip-free edges.

Value to You: High precision is the foundation of quality assembly, ensuring structural integrity from the source.

Step 2.2: Edge banding with unpainted multi-layer

solid wood (moisture protection is key, PUR preferred)

Apply edge banding strips to all four sides of the board using a fully automatic edge banding machine. Mainstream PUR hot melt edge banding (invisible glue line).
Process: Apply adhesive → Press and attach → Trim edges → Polish, ensuring sealed edges, no glue seams, and no curling.
Quality Inspection: The edges are firmly sealed, flat, and free of bubbles.

Step 2.3: Countertop & Sink Cutout Processing

Process: For sintered stone/quartz tops, waterjet cutters or CNC bridge saws are used for cutouts, edge polishing, and chamfering. Waterjet cutting allows for complex shapes with smooth, crack-free edges.

Value to You: Precise sink and faucet cutouts achieve a perfect visual and functional integration of the countertop and basin.

Stage 3

Precision Assembly - Bringing It to Life

page-751-425

Step 3.1: Cabinet Frame Assembly

Process: Skilled craftsmen assemble the cabinet frame using pre-drilled holes and specialized connectors (e.g., dowels, bolts), ensuring squareness and stability. Dampened hinges and slides are installed and adjusted simultaneously.

Value to You: A sturdy frame is the core of the vanity's longevity. Precision hardware installation ensures smooth and quiet operation.

Step 3.2: Integrating Top & Cabinet

Process: The finished countertop is joined with the assembled cabinet using high-strength specialized adhesives and mechanical fasteners, ensuring a secure connection and even weight distribution.

Value to You: This critical step determines the final product's overall stability and appearance.

Stage 4

The Final Test - Inspection & Packaging

page-718-477

Step 4.1: Comprehensive Quality Inspection

Process: Every unit must pass our "QC Station": appearance (paint, stone veining), dimensions, door gap uniformity, drawer smoothness, hardware function, levelness, etc. Simulated load tests and light inspections are conducted.

Value to You: We act as your reliable quality gatekeeper, ensuring every delivered product meets high standards, minimizing post-sale issues.

page-718-477

Step4.2: Professional Protective Packaging

Process: The product is wrapped in soft materials with corner protectors. High-strength 5-ply corrugated cartons are used with custom foam/EPE inserts for compartmentalization and fixation, ensuring it can withstand long-distance ocean freight.

Value to You: Minimizes shipping damage, ensuring the product arrives at your warehouse or project site in perfect condition.
